Returns & Refunds

Our products are made to order. Because of this, all sales are final.

That said, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll absolutely make it right.

We offer refunds or replacements only in these cases.
Replacements apply to defective or incorrect items and are not exchanges.


Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Your item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • You provide a clear photo showing the issue

In most cases, no return is required. A photo is usually enough for us to resolve the issue.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for any reason.
Please review size charts and product details carefully before placing your order. If you have questions before buying, we’re always happy to help.


Important Notes

  • Minor variations in print placement, color, or fabric may occur and are part of the production process. These are not considered defects.

  • We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
